Thomas J. Pardy is a 1998 graduate of the University of Montana School of Law.  He has a BS in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.  Thomas worked for the firm of Mumford, Protsch and Pardy in Howard, South Dakota from August 1995 to May 1998, providing legal research services.  He completed his legal internship with ASUM Legal Services in Missoula, Montana from May 1997 through May 1998.

Prior to attending law school, Thomas was employed by Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corporation as a territory sales manager and by ERA Boardwalk Realty as an agent and computer systems manager.  Thomas has also served with the Army National Guard since 1986.

 Thomas is a member of the Yellowstone County Bar Association and the State Bar of Montana.  Thomas’ practice concentrates in family and criminal law, including DUI representation.  Thomas also handles wrongful termination, discrimination and personal injury cases.
