Heather Gallagher

Heather started her career by pursuing her education for a Paralegal/Legal Secretary certificate at May Technical College.  She began her schooling in July of 1995 with her main focus on the area of family and criminal law.  During her schooling, she participated in an internship program with Stephen C. Moses, Attorney at Law.  In July 1996, Heather graduated from May Technical College receiving the West Law Publication Award for outstanding scholastic achievement.

After graduation, Heather continued to work for Mr. Moses until the end of December, 1996.  In May 1997, Heather came to work for Oliver, Pardy & Associates, P.C. as a Legal Secretary.  Since that time, Heather has not only performed secretarial duties, but also paralegal duties such as case research, client and witness interviews, case investigations and pleading work.  Heather has also become extremely familiar with the computation of child support according to the Montana Child Support Guidelines.

Heather is a Notary Public for the State of Montana and is also a member of the Paralegal Section of the State Bar of Montana.  She is proficient with the use of HotDocs, Microsoft Office 97, Windows 98,  Phone Slips, and the Nicholas Bourdeau Child Support Calculations software.
